Parkinson’s Dance

A fun class with therapeutic benefits and movement specifically designed for the symptoms of Parkinson’s. Specially developed to be fun, stimulating, motivating and challenging, these sessions support the improvement of balance, coordination and suppleness. Sessions will be led by trained specialists and will be taught in a comfortable and safe environment. Not sure if this is for you? Dorchester:
Tuesdays, 3.00 – 4.30pm
£8.00 per session (carers free)

 Autumn term dates: Tuesdays 3.00pm – 4.30pm. 16th, 23rd, 30th September; 7th, 14th, 21st, October;  4th, 11th, 18th, 25th November; 2nd, 9th December (no session 28th Oct – half term)


Sherborne:

Thursdays, 2.30 – 4.00pm

£8.00 per session (carers free)

 Autumn term dates: Thursdays 2.30pm – 4.00pm. 18th, 25th September; 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd  October; 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th November; 4th, 11th December (no session 30th Oct – half term)
