Parkinson’s Dance
A fun class with therapeutic benefits and movement specifically designed for the symptoms of Parkinson’s. Specially developed to be fun, stimulating, motivating and challenging, these sessions support the improvement of balance, coordination and suppleness. Dorchester:
Tuesdays, 3.00 – 4.30pm
£8.00 per session (carers free)
Spring term dates: Tuesdays 3.00pm – 4.30pm. January 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th. February 3rd, 10th, 24th. No session Feb 17th (half-term) March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st
Summer Term dates: Tuesdays 2.30pm – 4pm (PLEASE NOTE NEW START TIME) April 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19, no session on April 26th (half-term), June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, July 7, 14
Sherborne:
Thursdays, 2.30 – 4.00pm
£8.00 per session (carers free)
Spring term dates: Thursdays 2.30pm – 4.00pm. January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th February 5th, 12th, no session on Feb 19th (half-term) Feb 26th March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th April 2nd
Summer 2026: April 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21, no session on May 28th (half-term), June 4, 11, 18, 25, July 2, 9, 16
