Booking Information
We are based at Dorchester Corn Exchange. Our reception desk in the cafe/bar area is open Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 4pm. On Mondays you can purchase tickets from our office. To find our offices, come to the back of the building where you’ll find the carpark, find the small white door in the corner and we have a doorbell that will connect you with the office and we will buzz you in, pop up the stairs and we’ll be waiting to welcome you.
Tickets can also be purchased online or by telephone. The telephone line will be manned between 10am and 4pm Monday to Saturday. At all other times please leave your name, telephone number and ticket requirements and we will call you back.
A £1 Future Fund levy and £1 booking fee are included in most published ticket prices.
Concessionary prices (for events promoted by Dorchester Arts): Where available, these are offered to under 18s, students, those in receipt of benefits and people on low income regardless of age.
Outdoor Events
Please note that outdoor performances will go ahead come rain or shine. Cancellation will only occur in extreme circumstances and we will notify ticket holders immediately should such a situation arise.
