A fun class with therapeutic benefits and movement specifically designed for the symptoms of Parkinson’s. Specially developed to be fun, stimulating, motivating and challenging, these sessions support the improvement of balance, coordination and suppleness. Sessions will be led by trained specialists and will be taught in a comfortable and safe environment. Not sure if this is for you? Dorchester

Dorchester Corn Exchange, High East Street, Dorchester, DT1 1HF – Tuesdays 3.00 – 4.30pm
£60/£48 per term (carers free, donations welcome)

Autumn term dates:  4th, 11th, 18th, 25th November; 2nd, 9th December

Sherborne

Sherborne Area Youth & Community Centre, Tinneys Lane, Sherborne, DT9 3DY – Thursdays 2.30 – 4.00pm
£60/£48 per term (carers free, donations welcome)

Autumn term dates: 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th November; 4th, 11th December 

Full term costs £48 at £8 a session, if you wish to select the higher cost of £60 for the term which works out at £10 a session. If you are a carer looking to donate to the class, you are welcome to also book on at one of the price points, all carers have a free space if they so choose.
