A welcome return for Live Wire Theatre (When The Eye Has Gone; Hands Up for Jonny Wilkinson’s Right Boot) with a new show based on the epic true story of England cricket star Chris Lewis’s catastrophic fall from grace. Lewis seemed on the verge of greatness when he was named England’s International Cricketer of the Year in 1994, but his life lay in ruins when he was sentenced to 13 years in prison for smuggling cocaine into the UK. This show charts the extraordinary journey that took Lewis from the brink of despair to a profound moral awakening.
Followed by a Q&A session with Chris Lewis and RoughHouse Theatre Director Shane Morgan.
