Parkinson’s Dance at Dorchester Arts

A fun class with therapeutic benefits and movement specifically designed for the symptoms of Parkinson’s. Specially developed to be fun, stimulating, motivating and challenging, these sessions support the improvement of balance, coordination and suppleness. Sessions will be led by trained specialists and will be taught in a comfortable and safe environment. Not sure if this is for you?
