Art Life

Art Life is a FREE 6 week course for adults experiencing mental health challenges.

The course uses art and expression to help people living with mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, grief, SAD, loneliness and low self esteem.

We provide a safe, non judgemental space where our trained art tutor uses positive creativity to support the mental wellbeing of each adult who joins us.

The sessions are led by our professional art tutor and all materials are provided. You will get the chance to work with a wide range of materials, techniques and develop your creative skills whilst building social connections and peer support, no previous artistic experience is necessary, complete beginners are welcome.

The course is not art therapy, it is a non judgemental, non clinical art group that uses peer support and creativity to support mental health. We are unable to support anyone who is in crisis, experiencing any symptoms of psychosis and/or delusional thoughts, suicidal or who have suicidal thoughts or addiction issues. (If any of these issues apply to you, we strongly advise you to seek alternative support)
