“We don’t know whether this will be the last time we’ll see each other…”

When Adie’s mum chose to stop medical treatment, Adie promised she would travel to Germany to visit her as often as she could. Then the pandemic arrived, making that promise impossible to keep.

Another Goodbye is a moving and compassionate theatre performance exploring love, loss and the difficult conversations surrounding the end of life. Through one family’s experience, it gently reflects on what it means to let go, say goodbye, and navigate grief when someone we cannot imagine living without is no longer there.

Afterwards, staff from Weldmar Hospicecare will facilitate a conversation, offering audiences time together. Honest, tender and quietly uplifting, performance & conversation create space to reflect on experiences of bereavement and remembrance, reminding us that talking openly about death and dying can bring comfort, understanding and connection.
