It may be cold outside, prohibition is in force, and the mob is closing in – but any excuse for a party! Join us for our biennial fundraising gala, this year with a definite 1920s Chicago twist, with dinner, dancing and music from AJ’s Caravan Band. Your evening includes a welcome drink, three courses and wine, plus an auction of tempting items and experiences by the inimitable Garry Batt of Duke’s Auctioneers. So feel free to dress for the part and channel your inner Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis or Jack Lemmon. Join us in a transformed Corn Exchange – we couldn’t book Florida but then, nobody’s perfect!

Dorchester Corn Exchange has wheelchair access and toilet facilities for wheelchair users. If you have any specific requirements, such as being seated near to the front should you be partially sighted, then please let us know when booking tickets and we are more than happy to help.

The fully-licenced bar opens half an hour before each performance.

The box office is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. At all other times please leave your name, telephone number and ticket requirements and we will call you back. No booking fees are charged, but a £1 Future Fund levy is included in most ticket prices to support our work. This levy is included in the published ticket price. Concessionary prices (for events promoted by Dorchester Arts): Where available, these are offered to under 18’s, students, those in receipt of benefits and people on low income regardless of age.
