Every two years, Dorchester Arts brings the Festival to Dorset’s county town and the 11th Dorchester Festival took take place from 22 – 26 May 2014.
The full line-up of free events included a Festival Parade, bhangra beats from RSVP, a digital funfair, outdoor theatre and dance, an acoustic café, a 45 foot seahorse and music galore.
The ticketed events included the Dorset premiere of The Ballad of Martha Brown by Angel Exit Theatre, comedy and showmanship by Laurence Clark and Mat Ricardo, classical guitar by Johannes Möller and we ended the festival weekend with ska legends The Beat.
